Job Overview

The Senior HR Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization. This position requires expertise in HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance. The Senior HR Associate will collaborate closely with the HR Manager to implement strategic HR initiatives and support employees in a high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  •        Lead the recruitment process independently with various departments and PMUs.
  •        Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for mid-level and senior-level roles.
  •        Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

Employee Relations:

  •       Address employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  •       Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.
  •       Maintain regular communication with employees to assess engagement and satisfaction levels.

Performance Management:

  •       Assist in the annual performance appraisal process, including goal setting and feedback.
  •     Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
  •     Track employee development and progress to identify future training needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  •    Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.
  •    Assist in reviewing and recommending competitive compensation packages.

HR Compliance:

  •    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  •    Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
  •    Participate in audits and reviews of HR policies and procedures.

HR Strategy & Initiatives:

  •   Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  •   Lead or contribute to various HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion, employee wellness, and retention strategies.

Qualifications and Work Experienced Required:

Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR) or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in HR.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
