Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The HR Associate will support the HR department in various tasks covering the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates through internal and external platforms, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Support the coordination and conduct of interviews for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
  • Manage onboarding and joining formalities, including preparation and maintenance of personnel files, and issuance of HR letters such as appointment, contract extension, increment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
  • Maintain and update employee data, records, and HR processes through the HRMS software.
  • Maintain and update attendance records, leave data, and monthly HR trackers to ensure accurate payroll inputs.
  • Compile and verify monthly payroll data including attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, and salary revisions.
  • Coordinate with the finance/payroll vendor to support monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Support employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in clearing exit formalities including clearance documentation, and processing Full & Final (F&F) settlements.

Qualifications and Work Experienced Required:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum three years’ professional HR experience (including talent acquisition, payroll and HR operations).

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

 

Location: New Delhi
